Peculiarities of formation of inclusive culture of students of higher education institutions

Abstract

The article analyzes scientific sources regarding the peculiarities of the formation of an inclusive culture among student youth. The foreign and domestic experience of forming an inclusive culture among students in the conditions of an inclusive educational environment of a higher education institution is analyzed. The author notes that it is social workers who are called to become leaders of the ideas of humanism, accessibility, life creativity, to contribute to strengthening opportunities and ensuring equal rights of such citizens. Therefore, in the training of future social workers, the establishment of an inclusive culture as a complex multifaceted holistic education, which ensures the successful performance of professional functions, is of particular importance. The purpose of the article is to research and generalize the foreign and domestic experience of forming an inclusive culture in the educational environment of a higher education institution. The foreign experience of forming an inclusive culture among students of higher education institutions is determined by the ability of the institution to use all the values of inclusion, which affect the ability of the student of higher education to cultural self-determination and self-realization in activities, regardless of the signs of psychophysical development or social status aimed at positive adaptation and integration into society . The formation of an inclusive culture in domestic institutions of higher education is aimed at the comprehensive application of the values of inclusion and the principles of inclusive culture: ensuring equal access to opportunities for personal educational, scientific, creative growth and self-realization; the opportunity to acquire new socialization and integration skills; promote tolerant relations; preservation and restoration of health; active cultural information and educational activities. In terms of the formation of an inclusive culture in the higher education system, the author highlights the values of inclusion (recognition of diversity, equality and justice, cooperation, participation, togetherness), which affect the student's ability to self-determination, selfrealization in various types of educational, future professional and creative activities, which promotes positive socialization and integration into society
