The article reveals the primary socio-psychological rehabilitation (decompression) both at the point of permanent deployment and at the stage of the unit's march from the JFO area. An individual plan of a serviceman in the process of decompression, as well as the stages preceding this rehabilitation, is given. Attention is paid to post-traumatic stress disorder as the necessary information for the commander to make a decision to conduct decompression in a particular unit
