The article substantiates the need to implement an environmentallyfriendly approach in the process of training future social workers. Threats that may violate social stability are disclosed, in particular: the demographic situation in the world; environmental crisis; threats to food security; decrease in fresh water reserves; loss of health; rising unemployment and changing employment.
