The article is formulated and theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions of the education of value attitude to work among students of agricultural institutions of higher education. To foster a value-based attitude to work among students of agricultural institutions of higher education, it is important to ensure the effective use of four pedagogical conditions: acquaintance of students with the experience of famous agrarians; organization of practical training in advanced successful agro-enterprises; the use of the means of Ukrainian folklore and mystery books in the development of a value attitude to work; development of student morality
