Проблеми і перспективи взаємодії людини та штучного інтелекту

Анотація

 Стаття присвячена питанню проблем взаємодії людини і штучного інтелекту, етичних аспектів функціонування штучного інтелекту. Надається визначення штучного інтелекту та пояснення різниці між слабким, сильним штучним інтелектом і суперінтелектом. Першою проблемою взаємодії людини і світу в контексті функціонування штучного інтелекту є екзістенційне питання зайвості людини внаслідок поширення штучного інтелекту. Наголошується на тому, що штучний інтелект, з одного боку, вивільняє людину від певних сфер діяльності, полегшуючи її існування, з іншого боку, робить її зайвою і в виробництві, і в особистому житті. Другою є проблема відповідальності за дії штучного інтелекту. Обстоюється думка про необхідність відповідальності людини за дії штучного інтелекту, оскільки штучний інтелект не володіє свідомістю. Третя проблема полягає в активізації феномену глупоти в суспільстві. Штучний інтелект створює умови для розумнішання одних верств населення та оглупіння інших, що може вилитися в ще більше розумову і майнову нерівність
