Historical and genetic generalization of ideas of formation qualities of service leadership.

У статті розкривається генеза ідей формування лідерства служіння на різних етапах розвитку людської цивілізації та аналізуються найсучасніші праці присвячені підготовці лідерів, як українських, так і зарубіжних авторів. Акцентується, що з появою держав Стародавнього Сходу древні мислителі підкреслювали, що справжній лідер пізнав правду і неправду, навчає підданих та керує ними з доброзичливих мотивів. У добу Античності вважалося, що на гребні хвилі завжди будуть люди розумні і знаючі, а щастя можна досягти, якщо царі і владики стануть благородно і наполегливо філософствувати. Стверджується, що у контексті Римської педагогічної традиції важливою складовою змісту підготовки лідерів було формування ораторських вмінь. Підкреслюється, що у період Середньовіччя звертали увагу на формуванні духовних якостей, моральних навичок, вірі у Бога лідера та дотриманні ним Заповідей Божих. При цьому наголошується, що у добу Відродження відбувся поворот до принципів та ідеалів античної культурної спадщини, а в Новий час і добу Просвітництва засуджувались феодальні відносин, церква та абсолютизм, у вихованні лідерів пропагувалися ідеї едукаціонізму і філантропізму. Зазначається, що у Новітній час мислителі здійснювали пошуки нових підходів, концепцій формування якостей лідерства служіння у руслі реформаторської педагогіки, руху нової школи, яка була створена елітою для підготовки керівників промисловості. У той же час, відмічається, що у Незалежній Україні питанням формування лідерських якостей приділялась значна увага у руслі педагогіки, психології, лідерології, мегнеджменту, історії, соціальної психології
